1. Service Quality
Bin Cleaning Service:
Trash Buddiez uses advanced cleaning techniques to leave your bins clean and fresh. However, please note that bins with heavy grease, grime, or extreme soiling may require multiple cleaning sessions to achieve optimal results.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change, so you may cancel your subscription after completing your third service. To cancel, please contact our customer service team.
If cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the next scheduled service and you have completed at least three services, no cancellation fee will apply.
If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the next service or before completing your third service, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
3. Scheduling
Bin Cleaning Service:
Your bin cleaning service will be scheduled on the day after your designated trash pickup day, as specified during registration.
4. Billing
All payments are securely processed through Square using a credit or debit card on file. Users may update or change their payment method at any time by contacting our customer service team at customer_service@trashbuddiez.com. Billing is automated and will occur on the 1st of each service month.
If a billing discrepancy arises, please contact us promptly, and we will work to resolve the issue.
If your dumpsters are inaccessible during a scheduled service, our office will attempt to contact the designated point of contact. We will wait up to 10 minutes for a response. If no response is received, the technician will proceed as scheduled.
As a courtesy, a text reminder will be sent on the day before your scheduled service.
While we appreciate referrals, there is no obligation to refer our services.
5. Communication Authorization
By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving text messages and phone calls from Trash Buddiez LLC for official business communications. You may opt out of text messages or calls at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting our customer service team.
Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies.
Email will be the primary channel for general correspondence, while phone calls and text messages may be used for urgent matters and service reminders.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact information accurate and up to date.
Continued use of Trash Buddiez LLC services implies consent to these communication terms.
